Returns & Exchanges

At TravisMathew, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided items are in new, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid UPS shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
